Ena Coach separated itself officially 11 days ago from TranslineClassic. Reasons for the separations are not known but the company insists they want to deliver better services.

ENA Coach is a bus and shuttle company being run by ENA Investments Limited.

The company has been operational since 2010 but has been operating under a different SACCO according to the directors of ENA coach.

The company after its separation from TranslineClassic it opened its new offices which are located at KPCU Building (Wakulima House), Ground Floor Along Haile Selassie Avenue, Nairobi, Kenya.

Chweya.com understands that Ena Coach bough new twelve fleet buses. The buses bought are meant to ease congestion in their offices.

TranslineClassic services had decorated to an extent that most shifted to Guardian Angel. The main reasons from customer complaint that learnt from social media was poor customer services. The staff were very rude. Secondly poor maintenance of vehicles.

Unlike the previous company that the directors were involved in, they have decided to embrace technology.

choose the route you want to travel to. After choosing the route then you can choose payment mode and check the fare. On doing all those you can pay for the services you need.

Online it’s very nice since you as a customer you can book from the comfort of your bed even a day earlier.

In case you book earlier you can visit the offices of Ena Coach on the day you travel and join other passengers on the fleet you are using.

Due to public demand, the coaches are fixed with charging systems and seats are made in such a way that you will be comfortable.

Having learned from previous mistakes of the mother company TranslineClassic, Ena coach decided to set up a customer hotline number which is 041226620.

The hotline number will be used in case of any queries or mistreatment of customers by staff.

With Experience in the Public Service Vehicle industry and courier services, ENA Coach in partnership with Explorer Parcel Handlers (EPH) has evaluated the challenges and come up with better services to offer exemplary services.

ENA Coach covers more than 30 routes within Kenya and is working round the clock to add more routes within Kenya and the greater East African region.

The Cities and towns covered are Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Migori, Kehancha, Kisii, HomaBay, Sirare, Oyugis, Narok, Sotik, Keroka, Rongo, Rodi Kopany, Kijauri, Nyachenge, Awendo, and Sori.

  1. I have never travelled with Ena but I would like to,on Saturday at night how do I do the booking online,I have tried but imekata.I need to travel to Sondu my brother introduced me to Ena.I hope to hear from you.
